2026/2027 Enrollment

Applications must be filled out, signed, and sent to the FBCA Preschool office. An application fee of $90.00 is required for your child’s application to be processed.

Registration

Initial Registration for the 2026-27 school year will end on February 24, 2026. Registration is ongoing through the school year, please contact Karie Jordan (kjordan@fbcalexandria.org) for information about openings and to schedule a tour.

Wait List Policy

A wait list is maintained for each age group. Vacancies will be filled from the wait list until February 2027. You will be notified by email when a space becomes available.

Please note: Wait lists do not carry over to the next school year’s registration period.

Tuition & Fees

FBCA Preschool is a nonprofit organization committed to providing a nurturing and enriching learning environment for young children. All fees help support classroom supplies and daily operating expenses and are based on the number of days your child attends. Class placement is determined by your child’s age as of September 30 of the enrolling school year.

Tuition

Tuition is an annual amount divided into 10 equal monthly payments due on the 1st of each month

Co-op Program

Our co-op program allows families to partner with our preschool in a meaningful way while receiving a reduction in tuition. Parents who participate in the co-op program commit to serving in our classrooms on scheduled days throughout the school year. Co-op schedules are based on availability and are arranged in advance.

All co-op parents are required to complete fingerprinting, a background check, and child abuse prevention training prior to serving. When scheduled, co-op parents assist our teachers in classrooms other than their own child’s, helping support a safe, nurturing, and focused learning environment for all children.

Extended Care

The monthly rates listed below will be opted into each month through a sign-up with the extended care coordinator. Families planning to enroll in full-year extended care should select “Tuition + Before and After Care”.

Drop in rate: $25/hour

Applications for Extended Care will be provided after your child is placed in the preschool program.
